We had our food tasting at Intekma Resort Convention Center on last Tuesday (15.02.2011) since it was a public holiday...We've plan and already confirmed our booking on Intekma Convention Center's Banquet Hall to held my brother, Ajai's wedding ceremony next month...The food testing was open for 8 pax but unfortunately only 5 of us were there...ohh yaa..plus 1 (tapi x bley makan pon)...who else, my lil Chempaka..eheheh...

Overall, the food was tasty and presentable...looks yummy!!..ehehe..only a little bit improvement needed..hopefully the taste will remain during the event...eheheh....Suke rasa Ayam Masak Merah, Daging Rendang & Sayur Campur die..(pic sayur x sempat snap..!!)..But this one is only the main menu that include in the original Wedding Package. We do also add additional dessert, Cendol's Station to be placed outside the Banquet Hall....
