Mi Kari Lemak Berkrim @ BV Cafe & Catering Ampang Park

Hari ni feeling2 nak post pasal port makan..

If uolls keje area Jalan Tun Razak / KLCC, mesti slalu buat lawatan tapak to AMPANG PARK (AP)..(yess..tempat yg sangat nostalgiakann)..klu zaman mama babah kite dulu, sure AP ni tempat yg sangat "IN" masa tu..ehehe..tp macam saya, AP mmg dekat di hati, best jugak cuci2 mata kt sini, banyak kedai baju2 kurung & hijabss..mostly muslimah attire byk kt sini..(dari yang simple mimple kepada yang bling2)...Walaupon regenye mebi lebih mahal sket compared ngan Jalan TAR or tempat lain..

So, disebabkan saya ke sini slalunya lunch time, mesti nk cari tempat makan yang SEDAP + CEPAT = SEPAT.. ;p ..jadi masa yang kekunun di jimatkan dapat di gunakan untuk mencuci mata2 kami (Haiilaa wanita!..ahakss)

Salah 1 stall faveret saya & kengkawan adalah BV CAFE & CATERING.. located betol kt sebelah escalator bahagian tengah2 tingkat bawah AP..

~ Inilaaa kedainya...bawah escalator..pakcik baju belang tu owner dia ~

Kat kedai ni kelebihannye foodnye adalah cepat..sebab dah pre-cook..dan ada set lunch..food + drinks = RM 9.90 (kira affordable for me..)
 

Menu kedai ni agak banyak juga..ada Nasi Lemak Kari Ayam, Beef Rendang, Green Curry Chicken, Assa, Pedas, Soto Ayam, Mi Kari dll...

As for me, saya sangat suke Curry Mee / Mi Kari nye yang lemak berkrim dan juga Assam Laksa...mmg terangkat!!! Antara lain yang my friend pernah cuba and dia katakan sedap adalah Soto Ayam & Nasi Lemak Green Curry Chicken...

Today post I just want to share 1 simple recipes for toddler..I cooked it for my lil Chempaka few weeks a go..not to say that I'm a good cook but thought that this menu is really2 simple but yet YUMMEH...ni resipe sendiri dengan kaedah campak2 n campur bahan2 yg ada dlm fridge,,ehhe

Mixed Vegies Chicken Macaroni for Kids

 

Masa Penyediaan : 10 minit

Bahan2

Macaroni 

1 biji bawang merah besar (Dicincang)

3-4 ulas bawang putih (Dicincang)

Ayam Cincang (Secukupnye..ikot rasa)

Mixed Vegies (Secukupnye..ikot rasa)

1sudu besar Sos Tiram

Sos Tomato (Secukupnye..ikot rasa)

Secubit garam

Cara2nya

Rebus macaroni sampai masak / lembut dan toskan (letak tepi dulu)
Panaskan sedikit minyak. (Better pakai olive oil klu ada)

Tumis bahan2 cincang (bawang merah & putih)..tunggu sampai naik bau / sedikit kuning

Masukkan ayam cincang and tumis sehingga ayam masak

Masukkan Mix Vegies dan gaul bagi rata

Masukkan Sos Tiram & Sos Tomato dan kacau

Masukkan Macaroni yang direbus and gaulkan semuanya agar rata bersama2 sos tadi

Masukkan garam & hidangkan...

Dan Hasilnyee...Tadaaaa

Pecal Special @ Putra Heights

Cerita sempena bulan puasa...ehehe..sesiapa yang duduk di area Putra Heights, slalu x pegi Pasar Malam??? ehehe..setiap Rabu & Jumaat..kitorng slalu pergi hari Rabu jer..apa yang kami slalu cari di Pasar Malam ni adalaahhh...ini...

~ Pecal yang sedap..yum..yum..~

Pecal Special....sangat sedap tau..rasanye memang pure orang Jawa yang buat...specialnyee pecal ni, cara preparation yang sangat old skewl gitu..kuahnye memang di prepare kan live masa kita nak beli...atas batu giling (xtau ape name bende alah tuh sebenarnye..;p) yang besarrrr tu...klasikkan..eheh..ape2pon..it taste gud..tu yang paling penting...hehhe

~ Makcik pecal tengah prepare kuah pecal atas batu giling (yg bulat tu) yang beshaaarr punya ~

Ni la bahan2 / ulam2 yang di campur untuk pecal ni...sy mustiiii pilihh!! ehehhe

Daging Masak Hitam Simple

Semalam manage to masak Daging Masak Hitam Simple favorite my hubby…selama ni ingat sangat laa susah + renyah nak prepare this dih..tapi rupa2 nya amatlaa senang + simple mimple…nanti memang bley repeat buat banyak kali..ehehe..

Just nk share resipi …

Daging Masak Hitam

Bahan-bahan

Daging Lembu (Agak2 dalam 1/2kg)

4-5 Ulas Bawang Putih (ditumbuk)

Bawang Goreng

1-2 Sudu besar Cili Blend

Gula

Garam

Cara-cara

Perap daging lembu (yang dipotong nipis2) dengan kicap + gula – minimum sejam

**klu pakai kicap manis di nasihatkan gula tak perlu letak banyak..

Panaskan minyak

Tumis Bawang Putih sampai naik bau

Masukkan cili blend dan tumis sampai pecah minyak

Masukkan daging yang diperap tadi dan kacau

Tambah kan sedikit air

Masak sehingga daging empuk

Kemudian masukkan bawang goreng secukupnya (2-3 sudu besar)

Tambahkan garam / gula jika perlu…

**Dish ni lagi sedap klu pakai Bawang goreng yang di buat sendiri…

Selamat mencuba..!!

Dis time is TWINS birthday..double celebration..."HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY 2 DOUBLE ALEEYA!! Daughter of my BFF..Ayu & Ochee @ Puchong...Meriahhh..ramai2 baby & kids ari tu..riuh kesana sini...Dah lama x jumpa twins Amani & Adriana...dah besarrrr dah..How time fly soooo fastt!!

The setting was nice...decorate with the banner, lots of ballooonsss with the wall paper background, just blended perfectly!! Sweet with d pinkisshh element on d balloonsss...d twins pon dah di dress-up nicely by her mummy...SOOoOOO CUTEE!! ehehe..1 look like d mummy (Amani-kakak) & d other 1 look like daddy (Adriana-adik)..SANGATTT UNIK!!!

Rasanya macam dah lama tak wat posting pasal our lil Chempaka...eheh..sekarang nih dia semakin banyak makan..huhu..maybe sebab dah ada gigi...eheh...her eating routine now :-

8.00 a.m : 2 pcs of Farleys Rusk / 1/2 of half boiled egg

11.00 p.m : Blended Rice Porridge (sekarang campur ikan bilis, sayur & ikan)

4.00 p.m : Blended Rice Porridge

Kalau hari yang dia pergi taska, I will fed her another 1 1/2 of Farleys Rusk once we got back home (slalunye dalam pukul 7.00 malam....)

Usually I woke up at 5.00 a.m to cook the porridge and packed into 2 portion to bring to nursery..1 I will packed in the food jar thermos (for lunch) and another 1 in small container (for late evening). I bought the La Gourmet Food Jar Thermos...but unfortunately this thermos doesn't really keep warm for long hours...klu setakat 4-5 hours boleh laa...hmm...so, kene laa pack another container and mintak tolong babysitter simpan dalam fridge and panaskan bila nak makan...huhu...maybe next time kalau nak beli food jar, nak kene beli THERMOS brand...baru tahan sikit kot...huhuhu

~ La Gourmet Thermos ~

Lagi 1 bende yang kitorang "terpengaruh" untuk spend on for this eating purposes is BUMBO SEAT...ahahaha...starting when we tried her on this Bumbo Seat at Mothercare, Subang Parade...tengok dah boleh fit in, apalagi..parentsnyee laa yang excited..eheh..but actually we found that this seat is quit useful for us during her feeding time...eheh....boley duduk setempat and makan x bersepah2 kat lantai...pernah bagi makan dalam walker, habis semua nye comot and "lantai pon dapat makan"...eheh.....nasib baik Chempaka tak pandai lagi nak bangun dari Bumbo nih...ehehhe...We bought from FABULOUSMOM at Puchong, since it was the cheapest we found...huhuhu....

For drinking we bought her TOMMEE TIPPEE EXPLORA sippy cup..sebab dia mmg susah nak minum air kosong dalam botol susu...kene cari alternative wat to make her drink water...hehhe..at 1st we just used normal sippy cup (yang Pureen punya) for testing..lagipun during that time baru nk trained her how to sip the water through the cup..ehe..then tgk mcm ok baru laa beli this Explora things..it has valve that control the flow of water (anti-spill)..tapi memula Chempaka x tahu pon nk sedut air tu....so I just don't use the valve at first..after sometime only she's know how to sip the water and barulaaa kitorng pasang balik valve tu...bentuk sangat comel, ada handle and easy grip...Saya Messstiii Piliiihhh...eheheheheh.. enjoy pic budak momot nih..ehehe

Food Tasting @ Intekma Resort Convention Center

We had our food tasting at Intekma Resort Convention Center on last Tuesday (15.02.2011) since it was a public holiday...We've plan and already confirmed our booking on Intekma Convention Center's Banquet Hall to held my brother, Ajai's wedding ceremony next month...The food testing was open for 8 pax but unfortunately only 5 of us were there...ohh yaa..plus 1 (tapi x bley makan pon)...who else, my lil Chempaka..eheheh...
